Working closely with ?What If! to discover their key values we found that fundamentally they love their people and are passionate about their work. Investing in a very creative and diverse team of individuals adds immense value to the nature of their work, and they wanted this ethos to be crystal clear in the global communication of their offering. Friends were tasked with developing a global website and implementing a content management solution that would allow their offices around the world to promote the company comfortably and efficiently.

?What If! asked Friends to develop consistent brand elements and concepts that would continually align their vision in a fresh and unique way, something that would translate equally well into their print media for round-the-world use.

Create and Produce

Friends led the creativity and content for the design and development of a hybrid website for ?What If! By combining illustration and narrative to guide users through the various aspects of the business we developed a landscape that clearly symbolises the point of difference of What?If! as an innovations company in a corporate world. Members of the ?What If! team were featured giving the site personality and demonstrating the diversity and values of the company.

Brochures were designed with a folder that would hold custom inserts, case stories and additional ‘mini brochures’ to promote the different departments of the business.

Technologically, the site we built for ?What If! was both contemporary and inclusive. Compatible with every technology widely available and extremely user friendly, the whole site works for people who are less-abled or need to use screen readers or are without flash. It’s a site built by people for people.

Maintain & Grow

Over 10,000 unique visitors per month and 470 serious business leads in the first 18 months demonstrated an outstanding response to a website that expresses its personality and values successfully. From the outset Friends’ relationship with ?What If! has been a happy one.

With this massively successful launch, ?What If! has continued to commission Friends over the last 4 years to maintain the consistent growth in content, functionality and positioning, creating fresh billboard graphics, regularly updated homepage feature presentations and further detail and development of the branding for use in presentations and in the studios.
